LOCATION AND SCHEDULE CHANGE!

As most of you know, Bija Yoga closed their doors on 8/31 which left a need for a place to move our great little group of yogis.

At first we thought there was an opportunity to continue with Open Mind Zen Meditation Group, but they have decided to go another direction during the evenings (offering meditation and ashtanga only).

Which leaves us to come full circle back to where many of you started with me-  A quaint little studio off of Pine Ridge Road called Etudes Too (right next door to Goodwill) at 1673 Pine Ridge Road, Ste 1.

I will be offering yoga Thursday nights at 5:30pm at this location.  At the time, there is no studio space available for a Tuesday class, but I will continue to look for opportunities.

Please note that there will be a dance instructor giving private lessons right up until 5:30pm for the time being so we will need to wait until they are done to enter the studio.
